Our unique 1,500 square foot space comes with everything you need to prepare yourself for a successful meeting. Illuminated by 6 large windows facing south, the studio is full of natural light with high ceilings. It's a perfect location for offsite meetings, seminars, panel discussion etc. The space can accommodate up to 40 guests.
We are conveniently located in the heart of Manhattan, close to Penn Station and the 34th Street subway lines. There are a parking garage and coffee shop right next to our building.

CLEANING: There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $200 for all events.
Rules & Regulations:

Once booked, you may not cancel. There is a 72 hour reschedule period.

Price after midnight: $200/hr, every hour after midnight.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed, however, tickets and/or alcohol may not be sold without a valid liquor license.

ALL Food and drinks may not leave the space.

Guests are allowed to sell tickets only if there is no alcohol being served.

Confetti & glitter are not allowed in the space.
